Terms of service

Last updated: November 2026. These terms supplement the proposal and the contract you sign with us.

Booking and deposit

Your date is reserved when the contract is signed and a deposit of 20% of the total amount is paid. The balance is due on the wedding day.

Cancellation and postponement

If you cancel at least 3 months before your wedding date, 80% of the deposit is refunded. If you cancel less than 3 months before the date, the deposit is non-refundable, because the date was held for you and can no longer be offered to another couple. If you postpone, we keep your deposit and offer a new date, subject to our availability.

If we cannot provide the service, we first look for another date, then an equivalent replacement, then we refund everything you have paid.

Day schedule

The hours of coverage, cameras and crew are set out in your proposal. Overtime is billed at $150 per hour, per person.

Travel

We travel anywhere in the world. Transport, accommodation and logistics costs are shown in the proposal according to the location.

Delivery

Your films are delivered within 2 months at most after the wedding date, and your photos within 1 month at most. Delivery is through a private online gallery. Two rounds of revisions are included for the film and one for the photos.

Usage rights and assignment of rights

Upon delivery and full payment, we assign to you all usage rights to your films and photos for your personal and family use: viewing, sharing with loved ones, posting on your social media, printing. We may showcase excerpts from your wedding (website, social media, portfolio) only with your agreement.

Music

The music is discussed with the client before editing, but the client is not required to choose it: we take care of it. The film is delivered with a single soundtrack. If the client requests a specific song, they are responsible for the usage rights to that song, particularly if the film is posted online: a commercial song can get the video blocked or claimed.

Aerial shots

They are filmed by a certified pilot, in line with Transport Canada regulations and subject to venue authorization and weather. They may be cancelled for safety or regulatory reasons.

Unforeseen events

In case of force majeure (serious illness, accident, extreme weather, travel restrictions), we offer a replacement, a postponement or a refund depending on the situation.
