Who films your wedding
Instant Impact is a team of passionate, experienced filmmakers. We do not simply “cover” a wedding: we film it the way a film is made, with a point of view, a story and constant attention to detail, from the first frame to the final edit.
Leading the team is Omar, a director and producer with 16 years of experience. He oversees every project and remains your point of contact from the first call to the delivery of your films.
A team that adapts to your wedding
Depending on the scale of your day, the team changes size. For a more intimate wedding, Omar shoots it himself: a single, discreet and attentive presence. Editing and color grading are then handled by a professional editor, for a truly cinematic result.
For larger weddings, we bring a full team of filmmakers and technicians. Sound is handled by the team, and if you wish, we bring in a dedicated sound technician.
Cinema equipment, high standards
We shoot with cinema-line cameras, quality lenses, stabilizers, aerial shots and professional sound recording. Our equipment and workflow follow image and sound standards comparable to those required by platforms such as Netflix: high definition, controlled color, clean and crisp audio.
In practice, your film gets the texture, depth and image quality of a real cinema film, one that will age well and that you will enjoy watching again in twenty years.

How it works
- Meeting. A 20-minute call or video chat to get to know you and understand your day.
- Planning. We prepare the timeline, venues and key moments together.
- The day. A discreet presence. You live your day, we take care of the rest.
- Delivery. Your films and photos in a private gallery. Films within 2 months at most, photos within 1 month at most.

In and around Montreal, across Quebec and Canada, and anywhere in the world: we travel for your wedding. Travel costs depend on the location and are shown in your proposal.
