Privacy policy

Last updated: November 2026. This policy explains how Instant Impact (the trade name of Omar Sfayhi) handles your personal information, in line with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (“Law 25”).

What we collect

The information you enter in the form (first names, email, phone, wedding date and venue, message) and what you send us by email or phone.

Why

Only to answer your request, send you a proposal and, if you hire us, perform the contract. We do not sell or share your information for commercial purposes.

Where it is processed

The form is sent through the Web3Forms service, then received in our email (IONOS). The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Some of these services are located outside Quebec, including in the United States, so your information may be processed outside Quebec. Films are streamed through YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com).

Retention

If you do not follow up on your request, we keep your information for 24 months at most, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep it as long as needed for the contract and our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Privacy incidents

In case of an incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned and Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
